FossDevOps Terms and Conditions

By using services provided by Serendib Online Pvt Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) via fossdevops.cloud, you agree to the following terms:

1. Free Trial & Billing

  • 14-day free trial is offered for all services. No payment details are required until the trial ends.

  • After the trial, you will be charged automatically for the first month upfront to continue service.

2. Payment & Renewals

  • Subscriptions renew monthly in advance. Failure to pay will result in service suspension (see Section 4).

  • No refunds unless service is unavailable due to our fault (e.g., prolonged downtime not caused by you).

3. Grace Period & Suspension

  • A 3-day grace period is provided for late payments. Services will be suspended if payment is not received within this period.

  • After suspension, access to data/configurations will be terminated permanently. We are not liable for data loss.

4. Data Retention

  • No backups are included unless explicitly stated in your plan.

  • If you cancel or fail to pay, all data will be irrecoverably deleted after suspension.

5. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service (e.g., AWS outages, force majeure).

6. Termination

  • You may cancel anytime via the dashboard. No prorated refunds for partial months.

  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts for abuse (e.g., spam, illegal activities).

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss) arising from service use.

8. Changes to Terms

  • FossDevOps reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
